Chaplaincy at Stepping Hill Hospital

The Bishop of Shrewsbury and the Stockport NHS Trust have recently appointed Jayne Lee to the Chaplaincy Team with responsibility for the catholic patients. Jayne will normally be the first point of contact for catholic patients who ask to see a chaplain and she will be responsible for taking Holy Communion to those patients who request it.

Fr. Peter and Fr. Jonathan, as part of the Ecumenical Chaplaincy team at Stepping Hill Hospital, will continue to be available to offer the Sacrament of the Sick and Reconciliation to those patients who request them.

They are on twenty hour emergency cover and can be contacted via the main hospital switchboard on 0161 483 1010.
