Coffee Mornings Rota

Thank you very much for kindly volunteering to serve tea/coffee/squash and biscuits after 10am Mass.

Please find below the list of dates, with your names allocated as agreed earlier today.

I believe that on each of our turns, we need to:

1. Get hold of the tea/coffee box

(will work the details out about this with John & Rachel McKay, and let you know as I have more information!),
2. Buy any additional items that may be needed

(i.e. milk / coffee / tea / squash / biscuits),
3. Switch the water heater on (before Mass),
4. Leave Mass after Communion to prepare,
5. Serve tea/coffee etc & collect donations
6. Wash dishes and tidy up afterwards,
7. Hand over the tea/coffee box & donations

(again, the details around this are sketchy yet!).

Please bear with me if any of the above is inaccurate - I apologise in advance(!).
